About

The Old Library and the Book of Kells Exhibition is a “must see” on the itinerary of all visitors to Dublin. It is located in the heart of Dublin City within Trinity College Dublin. Inside is housed the Book of Kells - a 9th-century gospel manuscript famous throughout the world.

Reservations

We do not take bookings/reservations. Everybody joins the queue. The busiest time is June, July and August when the queue can take between 10 to 20 minutes.

We suggest that visitors allow at least 40 minutes to an hour for their visit.
