6. Contract
Your contract for advertising with Accessible Ireland will commence on the date of which you the client signs all contracts and T&C’s this date is when your 365 days ad begins. Contracts received shall be signed by Accessible Ireland and a copy returned to you for your records. Ads will only go live with approval of Accessible Ireland.
7. Advertisement Renewal
To renew your advertisement, Accessible Ireland will send you an email two months before your ad is due to end. With both parties agreement a new contract shall be issued.
8. Code Of Conduct
You must not use Accessible Ireland website for:
Causing, or being likely to cause, disruption to the website or access to the website;
Fraudulent purposes or in connection with a criminal offence or other illegal activity , Sending, using or re-using material which is illegal, offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory, obscene or menacing is in breach of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy or any other right is injurious to third parties or objectionable consists of or contains software viruses, political campaigning, chain letters, mass mailings or “spam”may cause annoyance, inconvenience or stress.
